Hi, I’m Melissa
I'm the founder of Paws A Minute, I currently own Blue (Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Blinder ( Bull Herder) and Gary (Chihuahua).
I rescued Blue who had pretty much every behaviour issue possible when I started my training. So I can fully empathise with owners, I understand what it is like to live with and own a dog with behavioural problems. The emotional toll it has can only be understood by those who have been through it.
Working through his problems enabled me to be open-minded towards all tools and training methods, learning from some of the most successful trainers in the country. Now having solved everything, I know what is possible with hard work and consistency. He now assists with helping 1000's of owners do the same.

We are so grateful for Melissa's help with our 4yr old rescue's reactivity and separation anxiety. We'd been through 3 other trainers previously with negligible progress, 1 high profile trainer even said he was too difficult for her to complete the session. But then we met Melissa and everything changed!
She is a dream to work with and provides ongoing support between and after sessions. The only thing we would change is that we wish we'd found her sooner!
